Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your MagPixWorks purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@magpixworks.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping cost and reasonable return shipping cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@magpixworks.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Personalized or customized products
- Clearance items
- Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or other third-party fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty

All MagPixWorks products purchased directly from our official website are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal and responsible use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
